House policies & guest rules

To ensure a comfortable, safe and respectful stay for all guests and neighbours, Villa Aurelio follows the policies below:

Minimum age: Reservations are accepted only for guests aged 23 years and above.
Security deposit (younger groups): As an exception, younger groups may be accepted with a €1,000 cash security deposit on arrival. This covers potential damages or party-related incidents and is fully refundable upon check-out if everything is in order.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 6. For comfort, safety and insurance reasons, additional visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay at the property.
Extra charges: If the number of guests exceeds the agreed maximum, an additional fee will apply.
